I've really enjoyed the process of working with the team at Ray White New Farm. Coming from the marketing industry I approached the arduios task of trying to find a real estate agent with heap of caution, well aware of the sales tactics that they might try to employ to win me over. With Simon, what I loved was that he didn't overpromise and he didn't try and rush me into making a decision. One of his greatest points of difference I experienced from other agents was that his team applied a highly proactive and hands on approach to finding the right buyer which impressed me because If i'm paying an agent 3% I wanna make sure their hustling and leaving no stone unturned for me when it comes to finding the right buyer. Every time I would push back with a question about or a rebuttal about the process, he'd take the time to listen and explain to me to ensure I understood what the why behind the what, as well as further educating me on the market trends. By the time I signed up with him, I had full confidence in his local knowledge and trust in his abilities to get the job done for me in a timely fashion. To my genuine surprise, his team got the job done much more quicker than I expected with my property selling prior to the debut open home for what I have discovered a record price or close to it! Simon had his team contacting previous potential buyers that they had kept in relationship with in the 2 days inbetween our photos being taken and our first open home who they felt would be interested in the property. Anyways, the rest is history...long story short i'm very impressed with the level of service, local knowledge and hustle that I witnessed through partnering with Simon and his team! They did a great job and didn't disappoint
I noticed Simon had extensive experience in Woolstore apartments and, from all reports in the marketplace, Simon had the connections to help me find my dream home. Within 24 hours of making contact, Simon had organised an inspection and I had made an offer on a property. Although it didn't work out, I had my heart set on Teneriffe.
