During the Covid-19 climate, the market was tough and I had to sell due to unforeseen circumstances. Simon was very helpful and insightful during the whole process. Given it was Covid-19, the apartment was a tough sell and I certainly didn't expect to sell it that quickly for the expected price. I was genuinely surprised.
