Simon was initially positive and definitely knows the market. He is more of a reactive agent and plans haphazardly at times - the initial photos were poor quality and upon my questioning the quality he did get the photographer back. The most pressing concern was an error with the contact which again he rectified albeit at the 11th hour when I finally got a chance to look at it. My other experiences with other agents in the area have outshone his efforts.
