Simon Pringle is that rare find in the world of real estate, a man who combines great experience of the market with a high standard of ethics, a genuine interest in your well-being, and the ability to make complex issues understandable. He was patient, never pushy, and told it like it was. In other words he is genuinely trustworthy. He really is an agent who will go that extra mile for his client. Although he works from the city, he was far more successful at marketing our acreage at a good price than the local agents. Simon's unassuming manner and sincerity make him a delight to deal with. His efficiency and attention to detail were impeccable and his positive outlook meant that we felt very confident throughout the selling process. We owe him a great deal of gratitude for all the support he gave us and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had Simon picked out as the agent to sell our house for a couple of years before we finally made the decision to sell our old home. Simon did exemplary work in negotiating a good outcome for us in a tricky situation whilst at the same time respecting the needs and position of the tenant that was in our home. Simon also did not bother with charging us for additional cleaning etc. that he organised for our home (pay him his asking rate, he is worth every penny).

I found Simon to be very efficient easy to communicate with and knowledgeable.

Simon was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of our questions and always got back to us in a timely manner. Would recommend him to first home buyers.
