My house sold for more than the original estimate, and it sold after the first open house. That is rare enough in these hard economic times. But the background support Simon provided was quite extraordinary, and it stretches back for a couple of years since we met when I viewed another house for which he was the agent. Communications and relationships are Simon's forte. He stayed in touch regularly and supplied me with market appraisals, advice and coffee, and always maintained a professional, caring, humorous and uncoercive manner. When the house went on the market he mapped out a wise marketing campaign, referring tradesmen when I needed them, and offering steady support and advice whenever crises arose (and there were a few!). I would not hesitate to refer Simon Pringle to others, and I have done so already.
