Describing him as having a passion for real estate is an understatement. In his own words, real estate is his life. Since following in his father’s footsteps and becoming a licensed real estate agent in 1985, Simon has devoted every working hour to guiding, supporting and delivering exceptional results for his clients.
“I handle each property as if it were my own,” says Simon. “But I am also able to look at campaigns objectively. I am a ‘hands on’ consultant and auctioneer, and still derive enormous pleasure from conducting auctions each weekend.”
Effective communication skills are at the core of Simon’s professional approach. He is a stickler for getting things “just right”. In his career so far, Simon has owned his own successful independent real estate business, managed the Caulfield office of a national franchise and contracted his well-honed auctioneering skills to a number of agencies before joining the award-winning Gary Peer team.
Simone’s family includes his wife Simone, children and grandchildren with whom he loves to spend as much time as possible. His hobbies include cycling travel and motorbikes.
