The house had been in the vendors family for decades and he's helped facilitate many questions and queries that we've had for the coucil etc throughout the process of the ongoing restoration. Normally real estate agents are just focused on the vendor and getting a sale. Simon has great customer service which is I decided to voluntarily write this review 3+ months after settlement.

Simon proved once again to be a professional agent who can deliver the results. Operating through and after a lock down he and the team provided sound and wise advice as to the marketing of the property and the timing of it going to market. He provided constant and honest feedback during the open for inspection process and managed prospective buyers in a professional manner to the point there were a number of interested parties on auction day. His ability to manage auction day and his style resulted us achieving a better than hoped for price.
