The nice thing is Simon always remembers my face and says hi when we bump into each other at community events or at the shops. Apologies for the delay, I have rarely been so pleased to respond to a client survey but have been delayed by the usual Xmas preparations. My recent experience purchasing the property at 15/14 Almara St Capalaba was very positve and seemless thanks to the professionalism of the seller's agent, Debra Mcdonald from Remax Bayside. After 6 months on the real estate treadmill I finally stumbled on a gem of a property - refreshingly one which had been beautifully presented for sale. I soon realised Deb was also a 'gem'. While acting on behalf of the seller she was also genuinely understanding of my interests and needs in securing my first home. A first home purchase is an emotionally charged experience, even more so at age 60. Deb was understainding of my need to 'be sure' , to 'get it right'. She facilitated several additional inspections where friends not only endorsed my feelings about the property but also my impression of Deb as genuinely warm and empathetic (Deb made a similar impression on the building and pest inspection agents I engaged to inspect the property). Deb assisted me in making an offer which was fair to both the seller and myself and relected the value of the property. I trust this will be my first and last venture into the real estate market, and was so fortunate to have Deb as the agent - I would not heistate recommending Deb and Remax to other friends. It was a pleasant experience and Jill provided friendly advice for a first time buyer whom did not know the procedures of purchasing. Advice for removals was excellent saving more moving frustrations. Yes I would recommend this real estate agency.

Simon and the team were great. When buying this property we were based interstate, as such, having phone/email communication was critical for us to stay informed during the process. The team provided regular contact and updates to assist with this process.
