In my experience over many years of purchasing properties I have finally met an agency that really does put themselves out for the customer. Simon has built an excellent team and it shows in the way they approach their clients. The field staff have a genuine interest in the marketing and selling of their product and the office staff always have a friendly smile no matter how much pressure is on them. The whole team was very down to earth and easy to talk to. As soon as we listed they very fast and efficient with taking all the photographs and video. The house was on the internet the very next day and we had a twilight viewing within two days. They were always on time when we had an open house and signs were always placed appropriately.
