What to say about Simone….. to be honest, I think everyone in my family is just a little bit in love with her! I first came across Simone over 10 years ago, when looking for the house I have just sold. She wasn’t the selling agent but, as you do when attending endless open houses, I kept bumping into her - either at a house she was representing, or at other opens where she was doing her research. The main thing that impressed me was her accurate knowledge of the state of the market - her appraisals of the eventual price of a property were scarily accurate. I appreciate her absolute honesty, whether the news is good or bad, and her candid friendly attitude to all of us. I didn’t write down her name 10 years ago but when the time came to look for an agent to sell my house - it was there on the tip of my tongue - I had no hesitation.
