I wanted to sell my investment property remotely from the UK and I met Simone through Belle Property who managed the rental of the property. Simone quickly presented a strategy to sell the property and took my feedback into account to adapt the strategy to better suit our needs. My original approach was to sell to the tenants, but Simone had some other potential buyers in the background and when selling to the tenant fell through, we had other potential buyers in the background.
