At all times I was updated on progress, from completion of works undertaken to freshen up the place, to buyer work and info. And man, did she squeeze out the ultimate price for us! Well above what we expected, when everyone else was telling us the market was tanking she managed to negotiate with a tenacity and furiosity that had no right coming from someone in a hot pink pantsuit.
