My experience with her selling my property was one of the best customer service experiences of my life, ever. First off, she cared, really cared about my family and our position. Even the little things, like her running to ikea herself to buy new light fittings, like who does that? At all times I was updated on progress, from completion of works undertaken to freshen up the place, to buyer work and info. And man, did she squeeze out the ultimate price for us! Well above what we expected, when everyone else was telling us the market was tanking she managed to negotiate with a tenacity and furiosity that had no right coming from someone in a hot pink pantsuit.
