We were extremely pleased to contract Simone on the sale of our house at Dulwich Hill. She was the ultimate professional. Her knowledge and skills were exceptional. She was open and honest and gave us the best advice on our sale. She went over and above to secure us the best price on our home, selling our house prior to auction at a price more than we imagined. I would personally recommend Simone as an agent for any prospective seller. In my subsequent dealings with agents for my next purchase I was very disappointed after having dealt with Simone.

We can't recommend Simone more! Her constant updates and black & white feedback worked well for us. She is a great communicator and negotiator. She is thorough and on point. We loved working with her and would recommender her to anyone searching for the best.

Simone is a good agent who provides purchasers with honest information about properties and realistic price expectations. She always responds to queries in a timely manner, often providing more than just a basic answer, taking the time to understand what her clients really want.

Considering the pace at which our house settled, Simone was an absolute professional who was great at communicating, reasonable and easy to work with. A real estate agent we would be happy to work with again.

This house was not sold via auction. She simple asked the interested buyers what is their max price for the property and did not create any price war to get a higher price for the seller and a higher commission for her. This was not so stressful for the buyers like me as we knew where we stood within a day... She kept us informed every single step.

I could not recommend Simone highly enough to any potential vendor. She was nothing short of brilliant. From my first meeting with her, she put forward a sound strategy and marketing campaign and I was instilled with confidence that Simone would get the job done. She delivered. It was not a straightforward sale, with a collapsed timeframe in which to work in, and extenuating circumstances including my unavailability. Simone's candour, clear communications, knowledge of the market and her unbridled efficiency meant that we achieved the target we had set out to achieve. Thank you Simone and Belle Property. We have nothing but great things to say about Simone, we really loved her style and dedication to the achieving the best result for us. She was professional, honest, knowledgable, realistic and hard working. We will be using Simone again in the future and would highly recommend her.

A professional and honest agent who achieved an amazing result. Would highly recommend to any future client. Absolute pleasure to work with.

I'm a big fan of Simone Azzi and Belle Property Annandale. Simone was exceptionally knowledgeable in the history and current state of affairs at my property in Leichhardt. Buying a new residence can be stressful and confusing, but Simone was very honest throughout and available to communicate with me around the clock. The sale occurred quickly and there were no hidden surprises. Simone has a kind disposition and it was a pleasant experience to deal with her.

Simone and her professional team were a credit to the industry. They were always on time, worked at a fast pace and did everything they said they would do. Simone is extremely personable, professional and was leading us every step of the way. We were very grateful for the process and our end result. I highly recommend her and her team.

Simone is the most dedicated hard working sales person we have met. She is honest and upfront who went over and beyond her job to help us as the client achieve our sale!!

After months of being frustrated with the market and having properties sold under our nose, Simone was the first agent to really try to get us a house we wanted. Simone ran the negotiation very well for both parties, in my opinion. She went the extra mile. Opened the house we bought after hours to suit our schedule, and when it came to contracts and signatures, even came to us during our business hours, close to our place of work. We love our house, street and suburb. Could not be more happy with our agent.
