I contacted Simone with a view to her assisting us in selling my brother's and my mother's house. She was on time, friendly but professional and very down to earth. She was honest with the property and very prompt with getting her appraisal and all the information we required to put the house on the market, along with quite a few house comparisons similar to our mother's. What she told us verbally, she put in writing and honoured everything she said. When we agreed to use her services, she was efficient and got things moving quickly and gave us good advise to prepare the house. Once the openings commenced she was very good at following up with reports and was in constant contact with us. Even with the Covid 19 situation, she was in touch with prospective buyers and kept us in the loop. We just successfully sold our mother's house via Zoom with more prospective buyers than we would expect under normal conditions. Simone was never pushy, she put in a lot of hours on our mother's behalf and was very sensitive to our mother and even after the auction we was running around all Saturday getting documents signed and put up the sold sticker. We were all very impressed with Simone and all the hard work she put in and always came over as very genuine and really worked for us the vendors.
