Recently, I had the great pleasure of meeting Simone through the process of selling my parents house. This property had been our family home for nearly 50 years. A homebase, linchpin and place of great meaning for not only our family but many of our extended family and friends. Simone is a very hard working, professional and understanding person. She understood what was required to sell our property and did so with little fuss and in a timely manner. She understood the market and targeted the advertising to the appropriate section of the market. she was able to succeed where others had failed.
We selected Simone after reviewing submissions from 4 local agents and were very pleased with our choice. Our sale process was a long and difficult one as it was split in two by Melbourne's Stage 4 lockdown. Once inspections were allowed again, this involved continual private appointments amidst a gloomy social backdrop. But the additional workload was never an issue and she kept us well informed at all times. Simone never changed her expectations of a successful outcome, which we finally achieved.
