Despite initial marketing towards developers begun by co-agent, Simone made a difficult and different approach which helped find our buyer. What developers want is very different from what families want. Simone put in the hours required to make that change.

My experience with Simone was outstanding. She has excellent interpersonal skills and market knowledge. Simone was professional at all times and her attention to detail during the staging process for my unit was exceptional. I admire her honesty and integrity. She was productive with the sale proceedings and kept me informed throughout the process with regular feedback. All decisions were discussed in a timely manner. Simone is respectful, has a strong work ethic and committed. Highly recommend her service!

I recently engaged Simone to sell my Botany property and was thrilled with her dedication, expertise, professionalism, and the result she achieved. Simone works tirelessly from go to woe, focused on the best outcome for her clients. I found her strong communication and superior interpersonal skills reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending Simone to any potential buyers or sellers.

Simone is a beautiful person and the best agent! I met Simone when she held an inspection, and she impressed me with her outstanding attitude from all other agents. She was so welcoming, energetic, super positive, organised and patient to introduce the property for her vendor. The next day I received her follow up call and I asked a lot of questions in regards to the renovation, building, DA, extension and even about interest rates prospects and economy outlooks. She explained all in details and talked about her views. After the 20 minuets long conversation, I decided that she is the agent I would ask her to sell my property! Simone is hard working and so knowledgeable so the most difficult questions I threw to her, was answered in a way that only the most serious agent who kept learning would be able to achieve. My property was prepared very well and during the process we were overseas and sometimes we couldn't hear her calls, I am sorry Simone for that. But Simone handled all for us nicely and smoothly, we are so grateful. And the sale was successful and pleasant, at the timeline that Simone predicts. How experienced and knowledgable agent Simone is! We have no hesitation to recommend Simone when you consider selling your property, and you will have a pleasant process and a great result! Simone, thank you so much again, you know how much we appreciate your help during the process and wish you all the best with your work and life! You Are So Beautiful! With love, Eric and Joyce
