Simone has a great knowledge of the market, her energy is amazing and she is always available from the way she communicates with who is buying and who is selling. She is professional but also willing to listen what needs you have which is a wonderful skill. After selling, Simone is still in touch and helping me to find my new home. Cannot thank her enough. I wish her well and know her next clients will too.

I chose Simone to sell my property because of her reputation as a great sales agent. Simone took on my tired old flat, transformed it into a showstopper and then sold it for a great price above expectations. She did a great job working out the interior design requirements and because I wasn't able to arrange the renovation work, she even sorted out the tradies for me. She is amazingly hardworking and was always available if I needed to talk. I highly recommend her.

Simone did a fantastic job in the uncertainty market ! we are impressed by her determination, professionalism , hard working and result driven strategy. Excellent service!

Meeting Simone at the first open home, we instantly knew Simone was a great agent. Her knowledge about the property, the area and the owners helped us make a decision to buy. Simone also accommodated the exchange of contracts late in the day and ultimately helped us secure the property.

Simone was incredibly committed throughout our campaign. She organised everything from start to finish in her usual efficient & timely manner. Always quick to respond & kept up updated every step of the way. We really appreciated her energy & professionalism in getting our house sold

Thank you so much for the lovely gift and for all of your work. After looking at so many places you are the best real estate agent we've met and will definitely want to work with you when we sell. All the best, Hannah & Gareth.

Simone conducted herself with a level of professionalism and integrity that we'd not seen in our ~6 months of searching to buy a property. She was clear in her accountability to the family selling the house we ended up buying, but also treated us as the buyer with respect and honesty; leaving both the selling and buying parties with a smile on their face.

Simone was always the person we trust for advice and actively be part very time we sold or bought a property. 20 Characters are not enough to describe her professionalism, dedication and full commitment to help you achieve your goals. If anyone think about who could help with the purchase or sell of a property, is only one Name Simone Gracias Miguel & Inma

From our initial meeting with Simone we knew she was the perfect agent for us. Her enthusiasm, market knowledge, attention to detail and constant informative communication with us throughout the total process was second to none. She worked tirelessly for us to achieve an amazing result. She is an outstanding agent who has our full recommendation to any prospective vendor.

It was a pleasure working with Simone on the sale of our property. Her sales and negotiation skills are commendable, and she kept us in constant communication along the way. She has a very positive and friendly personality. We’d like to thank her for her time and effort, and wish her all the very best in the future.

Simone Curran was recommended to Julie and me by our advisor, Core Property. From our first meeting, Simone has been helping us. We have found her to be warm, friendly, passionate about standards and committed to getting the best outcomes for her clients. At every stage of our sale process she has been present; giving advice and direction in equal measure. Simone helped us make critical decisions without ever overstepping. She worked tirelessly to make sure we were kept informed and balanced the relationship with our advisor extremely well. We have never had a better agent. We would recommend Simone Curran, without hesitation, to anyone considering the sale of their most valuable asset.

Simone was very professional but also added a personal touch to the sale of my property, she gave 110% with the organisation of advertising and her personal input with potential buyers, she was also very helpful with advise on design and presentation of my property. Simone's contact hours did not cut off at 5.30pm, (close of business hours), I was able to ring, text and email her at any time, she was always available. Simone never cancelled or postponed a viewing, she was always on time with her viewing schedules, and kept in contact with all potential buyers after viewing.
