We begun the sales process in March of 2020, the beginning of the Covid pandemic, we were very nervous. Simone guided us through the process clearly and was able to recommend amazing support to get us through, from the cleaning company, the gardener to the carpet layers. We had multiple offers however Simone kindly negotiated past our "number" and the deal was sealed by Sunday evening. She achieved such an amazing result that while out looking for a new home agents would comment on the fantastic outcome.
