I bought a property from Simu Dhinsa when she worked with the previous agency. She provided no services after the sale. She applied direct pressure to making me sell my existing home. In fact, she presented a contract for the sale of my house the very next day. This was despite I told her that I needed to move into new house first. I exploded when she rang me and became persistent. She left the agency suddenly without informing me when I emailed her for a Final Inspection. Her no consideration left me in limbo. I had to inform my conveyancer to contact her agency in order to get a Final Inspection.

Simu is a wonderful agent, hardworking and very easy to deal with. Simu helped us finding the right property and helped through-out the purchasing process. There were few delays for the settlement which I understand the issue with vendor's bank. One thing I wanted to point is the handover process could be better, we didn't get a direct handover from the builder as a result few items we picked-up during walkthrough were not addressed before the settlement, hopefully they will be addressed soon. But Simu tried her best to manage them from her side. I recommend Simu and wish her all the best.
