Simu was very nice and friendly. She turned around our requests very fast and this really help us in buying the property smoothly. If you need help with buying or selling a house, Simu is the right choice! She is very passionate. We are very happy that we chose Simu to be our agent.

Simu is an absolute Real Estate professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Honest, reliable and continually comes up with great results.

She did a very good job and so quick to find the serious buyer. I would love to intrude her to my friends who may need service

Professional and knowledgeable with the ability to achieve great results Simu helped us through the entire progress start to end with good advice all the way along. Like a angel having your back

Simu was introduced to us by Sachin at the Eleet. From the get go she had people wanting to view the property. She walkways communicated to us when she had potential buyer viewings, and was always prompt with her feedback. She always showed an eagerness to sell the property and worked tirelessly with us with multiple showings a week sometimes some within hours of each other. Simu was great to deal with and would highly recommend!

I bought a property from Simu Dhinsa when she worked with the previous agency. She provided no services after the sale. She applied direct pressure to making me sell my existing home. In fact, she presented a contract for the sale of my house the very next day. This was despite I told her that I needed to move into new house first. I exploded when she rang me and became persistent. She left the agency suddenly without informing me when I emailed her for a Final Inspection. Her no consideration left me in limbo. I had to inform my conveyancer to contact her agency in order to get a Final Inspection.

Once again thank you for The Eleet and team for selling our properties so quickly. Its always been a great experience with the agency and its agents.

Simu is a wonderful agent, hardworking and very easy to deal with. Simu helped us finding the right property and helped through-out the purchasing process. There were few delays for the settlement which I understand the issue with vendor's bank. One thing I wanted to point is the handover process could be better, we didn't get a direct handover from the builder as a result few items we picked-up during walkthrough were not addressed before the settlement, hopefully they will be addressed soon. But Simu tried her best to manage them from her side. I recommend Simu and wish her all the best.

As a first-time home buyer I had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for simu. The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was a great resource. She offered her opinion when I asked and helped me to consider things I hadn’t thought of. I’ll definitely reach out to Simu Dhindsa in the future and I recommend her to all my friends and family!

Simu Dhinsa is a fantastic in her field. She immediately responded to my urgent need for a settlement process. I happily award her highest marks for professionalism and ability. She provide such a steller quality of service for me. Thank you very much Simu.

Simu was the agent I dealt with whilst purchasing my investment property and I found Simu extremely helpful, open, transparent, professional and reliable through the whole process. She was responsive and really cares and take the effort to understand our needs from the very first day even giving us ideas as to the conditions of settlements and guide us through what needed to be done prior to settlement. It was a pleasure to deal with Simu and we are very thankful for the support Simu extended to us throughout the purchase journey. Thank you Simu.

she was understanding, patient, accommodative, and always had a solution to all problems.
