If you want a agent who is honest and open without any hidden agendas, can successfully negotiate the most fragile of purchases and still get your sale across the line, then Simu Dhindsa and her team for you. I couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the service i received from Simu Dhindsa when selling My vacant land Thankyou” Bikram
We bought the land through Bal Realestate company and didn’t have the experience that we suppose to have as a buyer due to their internal selling setup and commission issues with vendor.
Simu has been great at guiding me through the purchasing of my new property. I would highly recommend for anyone else buying or selling their property.
