Thanks for your support throughout the process. You made it easy for us with your weekly updates and prompt responses to my emails.

Sohail was very prompt with communication, polite and respectful and he was available for any and every question. He also went out of his way to let us look through the place again.

Sohail was fantastic to work with – clear communication, regular follow-ups, and always happy to answer my questions. Made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Sohail was the only agent out of the recommended few rate my agent provided who listened to our needs and worked with us for a favourable outcome. We had slightly challenging sale requirements with bad timing and sohail was a huge help We had some trying times and he was able to manage expectations His response to questions and his availability was fantastic. Nothing was an issue, He even helped us secure a rental at short notice. Absolutely fantastic 10 stars

Sohail has been in contact with me the whole way. He’s very professional and has been helping me through the first sale of a property. I would recommend him any time.

Thank you so much for selling my property. I have more properties in canberra I will ask him to do one more time as I am so happy with his work. He is very professional and gives me quick respond every time kindly.

For my first time buying a property sohail was extremely helpful, made sure to answer any of my questions and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend him.

Bought my property through Sohail and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. No games, no pressure just solid, honest service. He knew the market, answered every question without spin, and handled the process like pros. Clear communication, quick follow-ups, and zero surprises. If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and actually gives a damn, these are your people. Highly recommend.

Sohail helped sell my unit in Canberra while I was lived interstate. It wasn’t an easy sale — being student accommodation made it a tough market — but he stuck with it through almost a year of ups and downs. He kept me informed every step of the way and stayed committed until we got a solid result. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and persistence. Highly recommended!

Sohail provided more than adequate support in my purchase. He was able to accomodate last minute viewing and provide some guidance on steps of the purchase. Thanks for your help.

We knew that our unit would take a while to sell, investors or students only. We were extremely happy that Sohail was able to secure a sale within 6 months.

Sohail was very accomodating and very helpful. He was always available to answer any questions. We appreciated all his help in purchasing our property.
