Sohail got in touch with me within 20 mins of me reaching out the first time. We met the next day and he gave his honest appraisal of the property in line with market conditions. He understood my needs, and tried hard to meet them with regards to the final sale price, but managed my expectations well. His contacts of painters and carpets and lawyers really helped me get things done without having to do a lot of research myself. Settlement is in June and the property was on the market for about 5 weeks.

It was a pleasure working with Sohail for the sale or a property. He was very professional in his approach giving us the right advice for a quick sale. His service extended to organising tradespeople for the work required in order to present the property at its best. Communication was prompt and feedback provided was on par. Would highly recommend Sohail for your property sale.

We found Sohail to be approachable and knowledgeable on our first viewing the property. Importantly he was very responsive throughout the negotiation process and he also understands how to manage a sale in an ethical and proper manner. We would recommend him to others when buying and / or selling.

He has gone above and beyond to help us with the process. We was always professional, on time and never let us down. Not only was he available and active before sale, he was always ready to help after sale. There came a period where we were in a deep issue with bank and loan, and Sohail was out of country in his vacation. Even while he was away, he made sure to call us and made sure of our well-being and gave us valuable advise. Over everything else, we will always remember how well he treated us, how he made sure he was available always to answer our questions and give us all kind of support. He is a reliable and a good human being.

Sohail was well prepared and highly knowledgeable. Proceeding quickly and getting the sale across the line as soon as possible.

Sohail has been very helpful Throughout the process. He advised and guided us thoroughly on how to execute the process.
