When I met Sonia, she arrived on time at my property and when I said I had Re-vegetated rainforest down the back, Sonia put her boots on and walked the whole property with me...not just looking at the house, but the whole place. She said she had people she knew would be interested and I just left Sonia to do her job. She did. Communication when needed, did what she said she would do, reliable and professional. Sonia Poole provided me with excellent market knowledge and consistent levels of service over a long sales campaign. I was under no pressure to sell and was prepared to wait for the right buyer. This may have annoyed some agents but Sonia was prepared to work with me to get the sale best for me. Because I was going overseas for a while I notified Sonia that I wanted to take my house off the market. Sonia advised me not to but instead suggested that I just set an extended settlement date. This proved to be a great idea because in the event I was asked to go to Sonia's office to sign the sale contact as I was actually driving to the airport.
