27 real estate agents in Berowra, NSW, 2081

Dean & Di were the agents at a property we bought prior to selling our home. We asked for their help to sell, they had our place on the market inside of a week, marketing photos, sign board, everything. Despite us being caught up in the middle of when real estate prices were in free fall, they persevered and were relentless in their approach, twice weekly meet up's, constant communication with honest, open, transparent dialogue. We are very grateful as it was a very stressful time.

Dean and Di are a great partnership and with extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate business. At all times their communication with us was straight forward and clear. We appreciated their guidance and their professional approach to the business of selling our house. With their great interpersonal skills we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy agents to sell their property.

From the moment Dean and Di walked us through the house, they were patient, polite, professional, and courteous. They took the time to answer all our questions and clearly explained what to expect as first-time home buyers. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly supportive and understanding, which truly set them apart from any other agents we’ve dealt with. We absolutely love our new home, but working with Dean and Di made the experience even more memorable and special.

Karen & Chloe were a pleasure to work with from the very outset !!. Karen fully appreciated the strengths of our home, Berowra as a place to live & what we were wanting to achieve timing wise which required a lot of patience from Karen. The team was thoroughly professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Cannot recommend the Paige & Co team highly enough for anyone looking for a agent that will go the extra mile at every step to make for the right outcome.

We first met Karen Page at an open home in Berowra. That particular property wasn’t right for us, but Karen immediately stood out. She didn’t just try to “sell” us the house we were standing in, she asked what we actually needed, listened, and then mentioned an upcoming off-market opportunity that turned out to be a perfect fit. That first interaction set the tone. Karen stayed in touch, not just with a token next-day follow-up, but weeks later as well. It was clear she thinks long-term, not just about a quick deal. When it came time to sell our own home, we didn’t hesitate to appoint her. Selling houses is clearly her element. She’s experienced, calm, strategic and direct in a way that builds trust. She’s not that stereotypical agent where you feel like you have to check you still have all your fingers after you shake their hand. Karen is the opposite of that – transparent, reliable and genuinely acting in her client’s interests. Her presentation advice was spot on. She recommended professional styling (which we originally weren’t sure about), and once we saw the photos, it was obvious why. The styling, photography and campaign positioning made the home look its absolute best and created serious interest from day one. The communication throughout the campaign was exceptional. We were fully updated after every open home, every inspection and every offer. We always knew exactly who was serious and where they were sitting. There was never any pressure to “just take the first offer”. It was a controlled, well-run negotiation process designed to deliver the best possible result. In the end, we achieved a result we were genuinely happy with, in a very short timeframe. If you’re selling and you want an agent who will actually manage buyers, control the process and negotiate properly, we would absolutely recommend Karen Page from Page & Co.
