Selling a family home is a big decision and the mechanics to get it completed exceedingly well can be emotionally and physically exhausting. Therefore, for me, choosing a right real estate agency and an effective agent is imperative. I spent a good several weeks visiting different agency, speaking to many agents and attending more than half a dozen auctions. The list eventually was narrowed down to Sonja Lamberton from Soames real estate. It wasn't a really hard decision.
