I sold a house a few years ago in Sydney and the real estate agent was nowhere near as proficient, attentive nor as eager to get the best possible price. Sonja took care of the marketing and meetings while Louise took care of my admin and paperwork throughout the selling process. These guys were unbelievably attentive and communicative. I just don't know anyone else who cares so much about their customers. I'd initially considered some of the 'big names' locally but chose Sonja because of her premium service and attention to detail. Sonja, and Louise, were fantastic from start to finish. When Sonja came to inspect the property, she had already arranged a stylist to come at the same time to advise on options and provide a quote. Whereas other agents had left it up to us to contact stylists and gather quotes. It was this personalised service from a boutique agency that we appreciated so much. Sonja and Louise were in constant communication with us and also were immediately responsive when we contacted them. As interstate sellers, we thoroughly appreciated the lengths they went to to look after our property and the sales process and made everything straightforward and easy for us.
