Sophie Carter is a highly experienced and successful real estate professional with 22 years in the industry, including 8 years as the owner of her own agency, Sophie Carter Exclusive Properties. Real estate runs in her family, her grandfather and father were both agents, and her parents owned and operated a boutique agency for over 15 years.
Sophie has been involved in real estate from a very young age, with real estate being a constant topic of conversation at the dinner table. In 2010, she and her family sold their small family agency, "Richard Carter Realty," to Ray White, one of the largest franchisees in Australasia. This move proved to be beneficial both personally and professionally.
Sophie believes that the real estate industry is a balance between people and property and she enjoys both. She finds great satisfaction in helping people through the complex process of buying and selling property and also loves the different aspects of real estate including construction, design, and architecture.
Sophie is known for her hard work and dedication to her clients and she is constantly pushing the boundaries with different marketing ideas, tailoring different marketing campaigns for each property, and adjusting the sale method according to the market.

When Sophie is not working she is outdoors with her partner and two young boys exploring the beaches and beautiful waterways the region offers or cooking up a storm at home, trying out new recipes from one of her many cookbooks.
