They were extremely knowledgeable about the market and every property , efficient, proactive, and communicative. They dealt with third parties professionally and ensured they were here for any questions along the way. They also went out of their way to open properties up for us to inspect outside standard viewing times given we were flying from interstate. We can’t recommend Sophie and her team highly enough. Sophie and her team, were amazing to work with, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the market. From the beginning nothing was a problem for them, I live interstate and Sophie, Emily and Rebecca took care of everything from the QLD side, including things like, organising a gardener during inspection time, having our carpets cleaned and overseeing the styling of our property. They kept us informed all of the way, with updates on foot traffic through the property, comments made by potential buyers and whether someone may have been a possible candidate to purchase our property. Paperwork regarding contracts etc. was spot on and they worked well with our conveyancer. Selling a property can be very stressful and sometimes a sad time depending on the circumstances, the girls were caring and compassionate, and worked towards a smooth transition of sale.
