Sophie was very professional and understood our expectations with regards to purchasing the property. She was very available which made this whole experience very positive. She met us when we arrived at the property and did a very effective and thorough handover to us. We would easily recommend her to any other people interested in buying or selling properties.
Sophie Carter – superstar Sophie‘s professional and friendly manner made it really easy for us to find the house of our dreams. After some initial problems with photo choice and advertising wording, Sophie found quite a few interested buyers and we were happy with the result.
Sophie was the agent for a vendor and was always available to respond to queries we had (even responding to an email at 5am on a weekend!). Sophie and her entire team were friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire purchase an enjoyable process. Sophie liaised with the vendor to obtain questions to answers we had, kept in regular contact with our conveyancer and bank, and provided regular updates throughout the settlement period (even over the Christmas break). We would highly recommend Sophie and her team.
Sophie Carter and her amazing team we’re very supporting when purchasing my first property. They were very knowledgeable, supporting and made the process seem very easy whilst guiding me through all the processes. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you Sophie and co.

Sophie is the finest and most professional agent I’ve ever dealt with.
Sophie was brilliant to deal with and has a very solid team behind her. Our purchase was a complex negotiation and Sophie was available 24/7 to answer questions and provide feedback on the negotiation process. Sophie went over and above our expectations and not only helped us secure our new home, but also helped us navigate a number of complexities involved in the purchase process. Sophie is a very down to earth Real Estate Agent and stands out from the crowd. We would not hesitate in using Sophie Carter and her agency in the future.
