Sophie Carter and her team Emily, Emma, Aliza and Cara were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everyone was so organised and easy to communicate with and from day one the whole process just felt right. There was a great vibe throughout grounded, down to earth and with genuine care for what we were trying to achieve. Our situation was honestly a tricky one but Sophie and her team made it happen. Emily was amazing so easy to communicate with always prompt, professional and genuinely caring. Cara did an outstanding job organising our property from the photos to the marketing everything was handled seamlessly. Aliza was always on top of things too making sure we knew exactly when opens were happening and keeping us updated the whole way through. Not only did they find an amazing family to love our home but they also helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our next purchase and made the entire transition feel smooth and stress free. I truly cannot recommend Sophie Carter and her team highly enough.
