Once we committed to Sale, Sophie advised well on the Advertising Strategy and selected the optimum package, eliminating the least helpful options and keeping the costs down. During the Selling phase, she informed us routinely of Inspections, possible purchasers and offers. She managed to gain us a price above the anticipated range. She has been consistently polite, respectful and communicative. A tenant has been involved, and she has been similarly courteous, and has followed our wishes with respect to the tenant.
