When we were first considering selling our property, Sophie was reserved and realistic with price expectations, and didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. Once we committed to Sale, Sophie advised well on the Advertising Strategy and selected the optimum package, eliminating the least helpful options and keeping the costs down. During the Selling phase, she informed us routinely of Inspections, possible purchasers and offers. She managed to gain us a price above the anticipated range. She has been consistently polite, respectful and communicative. A tenant has been involved, and she has been similarly courteous, and has followed our wishes with respect to the tenant. It has been a thoroughly pleasant experience.

From the moment i heard Lorna's voice i felt a warm, caring amd honest women. I was selling a property with my brother so was doing the ground work initially and was then reporting back to him. After narrowing down 12 agents i came down to 4 for my brother to decide. I said to my brother i have a warm feeling about Lorna but left him to decide. I then got a phone call from my brother who said he decided Lorna was the best fit for us. I agreed. From the start of our interaction with Lorna, she has listened to our story, understood our position and concerns and has made us feel comfortable with moving forward with our decision. ( we were selling our deceased fathers home). Furthermore, Lorna's fee are competitive and very fair and she is also willing to negotiate costs where she can. My brother and I couldnt be more happier with our choice of agent in having Lorna. She called both of us separately after every inspection, then again after following up on potential buyers and also kept our tenants at ease with the process. Additionally, Lorna is honest and will work as much as she can to get the best results for your property as if it were her own.
