Sophie and her team is the best of best! A simple “thanks” is not sufficient to express my deepest gratitude for the relentless efforts and help both Sophie and Ivy provided this time. Sophie has the best personality and knowledge in real estate industry, not only for sales, and always response back all my queries efficiently and effectively. Amazing agent! The only one you should consider. We had an acceptable offer after the first open, but Sophie still works hard to get me an extra offer. I'm very happy with the marvellous result she achieved for us! I’m in overseas due to Covid 19, Sophie went out of her way to ensure that our property was market ready, personally arranging for small defects to be fixed, organised and inspected the garden and cleaning works. Best agent we’ve ever had!! Thanks Sophie!
I followed Sophie for few years and she has impressed me with her professional knowledge and reliable personality. When I decide to sell my house, Sophie comes to my mind in the first place. During the campaign, she promoted the property tirelessly and held my hands helped me arrange everything. With her recommendations in regards to styling, timing, and method of sale, we achieved a fantastic result on the auction day. Sophie resulted in an outcome far beyond our expectations! Thank you, Sophie!
Our property was put on market and had only one open inspection before the stage-4 lockdown. However, Sophie’s rich selling experience, skillful communication, superlative market knowledge and A1 team efforts have brought us the best possible result during the current market situation. Sophie is an excellent deal maker. We will certainly recommend her to our friends for selling their properties. Congratulations on Sophie’s another successful achievement!
It was such a pleasure and a blessing to have Sophie as my Realestate agent. We left Australia and Sophie looked after everything for the house. Due to the impact of Covid-19, the process was not easy, Sophie steps me through the selling process with extensive knowledge and experience. Although we are in different countries, Sophie makes me feel extremely safe just like she is sitting next to me and holding my hand. She’s definitely an asset to Kay&Burton. Thank you, Sophie!
