I knew Sophie since 2015 and brought a house from her in 2016. Sophie was excellent in my experience. It is a very difficult circumstance now, I was worried about the lockdown of the city will impact on the auction, but Sophie did everything for us so I didn’t have to stress about a thing and the whole process happened so smooth and efficient. I’m really satisfied with her professional service and I have no doubt to recommend Sophie to anyone who looking to sell.
Buying a house is always exhausting, but Sophie stands out as the most professional and likable agent we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. We used weChat to provide daily conversation, she always followed up the vendor and ourselves with constant communication. That could make a fair judgment for both parties. All matters were dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend Sophie.
