Although we were the Buyers and Sophie was ultimately employed by the Seller; Sophie went above and beyond for us. We had issues with finance and she put us onto her recommended broker and without that recommendation, the Contract would have fallen over. Sophie ensured that the Sellers were kept well informed of our situation and she was extremely patient and understanding of the stress we were under with our bank.
