Sophie is a bubbly friendly agent, she was super on the ball with the negotiation of our new property we purchased, she was very efficient at getting the sale across the line, there was an element of disappointment once the sale was through, we never received a call of congratulations, the sign was pulled down with out a sold sticker or the opportunity to take a picture with our new home purchase, I had to contact Sophie to chase up the missing key for our counsel bin service. I understand she had some personal stuff going on but just left us feeling kinder empty when it should have been an exciting process.
