Sophie is a very honest & friendly person and very un-salesman like, she genuinely cares about her clients (buyers and sellers) and getting them the best result/dream home. She is a fantastic agent, knows the market & the area well (GC), legal jargon (which just helps with making the whole process easy) and lots of tips/tricks etc for getting the best sale result. She's young, savy, makes great video tours (which personally i feel make such a difference when you are viewing properties online). We were on the market for 3 days, 40K more than we wanted and two offers at the first open home. Definitely the result we wanted & would 100% use Sophie again. We wouldn't sell a house on the Gold Coast with any one else.
