We have bought and sold with Sophie 3 times now and would never use anyone else. Her knowledge of the market is second to none and she is so passionate about her career. Even though I’m a total stress head Sophie was so calm and collected but worked hard behind the scenes to make sure we got a great but fair price for our home. Thanks for being amazing Sophie 🌟

If you are feeling overwhelmed and have lots of questions about buying your first house, then Sophie is the agent for you! She made our first ever house purchase an absolute breeze. She gave us so much confidence and had the answers to all our questions! Thank you Sophie for an awesome experience in our forever home purchase.

Everything was as described. Sophie made access available for my friends and family as I purchased the house while interstate. Overall was a good experience and a pleasant surprise to see my house for the first time after purchasing.

Sophie is very enthusiastic and friendly, she shows professional manner and respectful at all times. I'm so surprised when I heard the buyer was willing to make offer at the price we desired in this particular tough time. We do appreciated your effort and help .

Great agent. Would highly recommend

Sophie made buying our first home a smooth and memorable experience. She offered advice throughout the process and shared in our excitement from start to settlement. Definitely recommend Sophie!

Sophie knew what my target was , and kept me in touch with what was going on. Offered me great advice on how to best achieve my target. Will use her again.

Sophie's communication, professionalism and personal kind nature made the process so easy to run through from start to finish.

Sophie is amazing! She’s genuine and helpful and made the experience so easy and an absolute pleasure. 😊

Sophie marketed our house in a very professional manner, the house sold for an excellent price, and a lot quicker than what we thought it would. Sophie kept in contact with my husband and myself explaining every aspect. Sophie held a open house every weekend until the house sold! I can’t recommend Sophie and the whole team at Coomera Reality enough. We first went through Coomera Reality as a landlord as we have rented houses out before under big name real estates and felt like a number at Coomera Reality they treated us like a person, part of the family, always answering or returning our calls and Julliette got excellent tenants for us. Who vacated before time for us to sell. Well done Sophie and the entire team at Coomera Reality would not hesitate to recommend.

As first time sellers, we were a little nervous when it came to choosing an agent to represent us- A lot of people have a lot to say about real estate agents! Sophie & Tyler were genuine in their approach and took the time to get to know us and our property. We appreciated their Work ethic, honesty and all efforts to go above and beyond for us, ensuring a stress free, seamless selling experience. Everything they said they would do for us, they did, then some! We would not hesitate recommending them to everyone we know in the area. Our gratitude is endless for Sophie & Tyler, and wish them all the success in future!

As this was my first property purchase, I could not of asked for a better sellers agent than Sophie as she was always available to answer any questions I had and also was very knowledgeable about the market and was always willing to help. All in all Sophie you are tops in my book.
