As the property market was slower than usual, it took a longer time for my property to be sold. Sousan kept at it for 6 months until it was finally done. It helped tremendously as I don't live in Brisbane and am not able to attend to any activities on site.

To whom it may concern: The sale of our property was not going anywhere until Sousan took over, it was blessing take over! It had been with another agent, same company though but who had resigned, for almost a year. We had a few interests then but we did not know why buyers were not making a commitment! We were frustrated at times that we were not going anywhere and the communications was but poor. But things completely changed from the time that Sousan took over. It was only in the first week or two that we got serious buyers and then eventually a buyer making a commitment. It is a testament to Sousan's skill set and knowledge of the market and customers. And when we were stuck with not idea of what to do on the 11th hour before settlement Sousan was there with a solution.
