As the property market was slower than usual, it took a longer time for my property to be sold. Sousan kept at it for 6 months until it was finally done. It helped tremendously as I don't live in Brisbane and am not able to attend to any activities on site.

To whom it may concern: The sale of our property was not going anywhere until Sousan took over, it was blessing take over! It had been with another agent, same company though but who had resigned, for almost a year. We had a few interests then but we did not know why buyers were not making a commitment! We were frustrated at times that we were not going anywhere and the communications was but poor. But things completely changed from the time that Sousan took over. It was only in the first week or two that we got serious buyers and then eventually a buyer making a commitment. It is a testament to Sousan's skill set and knowledge of the market and customers. Our communications with Sousan and the way she turned things around very quickly tells us that maybe Sousan had knack for negotiating and communicating well with potential buyers. We felt a lot at peace and through the whole process as Sousan was completely transparent with us and always kept us in the communications loop with what was happening. Sousan went out of her way to give us the right advise and what we needed to do from a sellers point of view right until settlement. Her communication was 100% perfect. And when we were stuck with not idea of what to do on the 11th hour before settlement Sousan was there with a solution. The entire experience of selling my property was made a lot less stressful because Sousan has excellent market knowledge and a very professional approach.
