Spencer is organised all of the preparation of the property from painting, rearranging and removing some of the existing furniture and cleaning the property throughout. Once the property was ready to be placed on the market we found the photography and marketing for the property was of first class. Spencer and the team’s enthusiasm were working very hard and got us the price we wanted.
