Spring showed real dedication in selling my house, with favourable results. I really appreciated her knowledge of the multi-cultural aspects of Melbourne's property market. She followed through with prospective customers, supporting them with additional property inspections. Thanks so much, Spring!
Spring was a pleasure to deal with, just like having a good friend in your corner. She was authentic and genuine to understand our requirements yet had a very strong understanding of the local housing market, the buyers for the area and homes like ours and was outstanding in her communication and recommendations throughout the sale. Our auction day was outstanding. Spring knew the buyers intimately and engaged with them driving the price well over reserve. We highly recommend Spring.
We selected Spring after interviewing several agents to help us selling our family home, because we believed Spring would bring warmth, personable and engaging style when dealing with potential buyers, in return achieving best possible price. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Spring, she provided guidance in styling, market insights and covering "what to do" for all scenarios. We were well versed came auction day. Well done to Spring and the Fletchers team for achieving the result.
