The all round experience at Fletchers was great. The communication was very honest and direct and they responded promptly to requests and questions. An overview of the current market was supplied as well as suggestions about strategy to get a positive result. They were very motivated to get a result.
Spring supported our campaign end to end and demonstrated market nous, attention to detail, positive buyer engagement and importantly regular seller engagement. Highly recommended.
Spring and Jeremy were very helpful and supportive through the whole sale process. They were always available and ready to provide any assistance or advice when needed. Very happy to recommend
On 26 March our family home (14 Howell Avenue, Surrey Hills) was auctioned by Fletchers Canterbury. We were looked after by Spring Chen who headed up the marketing and logistics elements of the process and Jeremy Desmier who was the auctioneer. We were very happy with the result and enjoyed the relationship we had with them. It was very professional and convivial and we have no hesitation in recommending them. John and Jane Price

It has been our pleasure to work with Spring Chen to sell our property. She is not only delightful, but has a wealth of knowledge, experience and area expertise. Spring communicated clearly and promptly throughout the process, working hard to secure the best outcome for both parties. It is without hesitation that we recommend Spring and her team, should you be selling or buying property in Surrey Hills and surrounds.
On behalf of myself, Steven and Lucas, we would like to thank Spring and Jeremy and the whole team at Fletchers for selling our home in Doncaster East. Spring and Jeremy achieved an incredible end result for us and kept us informed throughout the whole campaign and provided us with excellent advice leading up to and on auction day. Their knowledge of the market, how to market the property and the way they worked the buyers on auction day was second to none!
What a professional, switched on and fabulous agent Spring is! We were very lucky to have her sell our house and she definitely knows how to achieve great results! Thank you so very much Spring 😊
