Excellent Communication and a Smooth Auction Experience

A big thank you to Spring Chen and the team at Fletchers for helping us sell our property at Box Hill South. The market has been softer than usual, but Spring worked hard to generate interest and guide us through the campaign. Her communication was excellent — always proactive, honest, and reassuring. On auction day, Spring handled everything smoothly, and although the final price was slightly below what we had hoped for, we could see that both buyers had genuinely reached their limits.
