When we first arrived in Mackay we searched for a long looking for the right house, and it felt like we met every agent in town numerous times - we didn’t end up buying any of Stacey’s listing then, but when the time came to sell we didn’t need to think about who to use, we just used the best agent we had met. Stacey was the obvious choice, and now after our successful sale we have no doubt it was the right choice. Throughout the entire process Stacey has been great to work with, and the knowledge that only comes from experience was of great help. It was not an easy sale, with the purchaser having a few problems and delays along the way with finance etc - and at each hurdle Stacey was great. She also quickly worked what we needed as individuals, and reacted to that with a perfect amount of communication. She was honest, and did what she said she was going to, when she said she would. Finally, at the end of the process we were happy, and as vendors she delivered us a sale that exceeded our expectations. Without doubt we would sell our house again with Stacey.
