When we first arrived in Mackay we searched for a long looking for the right house, and it felt like we met every agent in town numerous times - we didn’t end up buying any of Stacey’s listing then, but when the time came to sell we didn’t need to think about who to use, we just used the best agent we had met. Stacey was the obvious choice, and now after our successful sale we have no doubt it was the right choice. Throughout the entire process Stacey has been great to work with, and the knowledge that only comes from experience was of great help. It was not an easy sale, with the purchaser having a few problems and delays along the way with finance etc - and at each hurdle Stacey was great. Communication could have been better. Felt like pushing to sell. There was no updates on further enquires after the first inspection. We were very keen to know if anybody else were interested…but there was no further updates after we received the first offer.
