I met Stacey at the Pre-Settlement inspection, but I had spoken to her on the phone many times. She is always extremely polite and professional. She has an unvelievable knowledge of her profession, and I think she has a very caring side when dealing with clients. She is easy to talk too, has a great sense of humour and understands the nerves you go through when buying a home. The whole sale was carried out to my expectations, except for finding the house uncleaned after the previous owners left.
