My entry into the Mackay realestate market was a little bit unique as I originally planned to fly up there from Melbourne and look at over 100 properties which I had earmarked as suitable to buy. In the lead up to my planned visit I located a property which ticked all my boxes and following a walk through video my brother-in-law took I made a bid on the property at 3 Trojan Crt. From there it became a seamless transition from looker to owner with the help of RE/MAX. Stacy and her team had all the local connections to guide me through the purchase process, then took over the next job of setting up for rental, which again was a completely painless job. I met Stacey at the Pre-Settlement inspection, but I had spoken to her on the phone many times. She is always extremely polite and professional. She has an unvelievable knowledge of her profession, and I think she has a very caring side when dealing with clients. The whole sale was carried out to my expectations, except for finding the house uncleaned after the previous owners left.
