Stacey was easy to deal with and got the job done. We wanted to sell, strategy was explained, dates booked, huge competition built, from listing to contract was 4 days! We were happy how the process played out without any difficulties. Stacey's experience and knowledge of the market is evident in our sale and record of her other sales, far exceeding other agents we had enquired with. Overall we are very happy with the process and result and would definately recommend stacey

Stacey had great knowledge of the current market & a marketing plan to match for our property. A great result was achieved very quickly.

Our house sold within just 6 days after one open house and one viewing, receiving 3 offers and accepting one cash offer. The property settled within 20 days. Her outstanding communication and dedication ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Stacey knew exactly how to market our home, communicated clearly, and got the job done fast. I couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge and professionalism provided by Stacey. Stacey made sure I can head off to newer pastures with $'s over asking price and a smooth sale. I told Stacey she had my trust and she certainly fulfilled my expectations. Keep doing what you are Stacey.

Stacey is very easy to deal with her knowledge of the market is excellent, and she communicated every step of the way which was super important to us.

I can't thank Stacey enough for all of her efforts in the sale of my property. I couldn't have asked for a better result. Stacey communicated every step of the way. She is truly an amazing agent.

As usual Stacey with her team got our property on the market and it was sold on opening day. I am happy it sold and glad it wasn’t dragged out. I did question using another agency for advertising as I hadn’t engaged them personally. Using the furniture display company is a cost, but it is well worth spending it for maximum sale price.

Stacey has been a total pleasure to deal with and also gets the deal done. will use her services again

I contacted Stacey and was very pleased with her prompt service. Her advise was informing in regards to market and pricing. We were very happy with the out come

Stacey Arlott recently sold our home at The Leap and we found her to be a good communicator, who kept us informed every step of the way. She is honest in her assessment and opinion and certainly knows the business of real estate. It was a pleasure working with you Stacey. Mark and Lyn Farrell
